Microsoft Toolkit - Official KMS Solution for Microsoft Products This is a set of tools and functions for managing licensing, deploying, and activating Microsoft Office and Windows. All output from these functions is displayed in the Information Console. All functions are run in the background and the GUI is disabled to prevent running multiple functions, as they could conflict or cause damage if run concurrently. The Microsoft Office Setup Customization Functions (Customize Setup Tab), AutoKMS Uninstaller (if AutoKMS is installed), AutoRearm Uninstaller (if AutoRearm is installed), Office Uninstaller and Product Key Checker work even if Microsoft Office or Windows is not installed/supported. For information about individual functions, read further. Readme: Click The Readme Button in Microsoft Toolkit program, and Copy Button to copy the tabbed section contents. thanks
I don't get it. I install Office and install toolkit - no problem, it works and if I press "check" in toolkit it says it is active. The next day Office will not open. If I run toolkit and press "check" it says:
If I run toolkit for win7 it says:
Name: Windows(R) 7, Ultimate edition
Description: Windows Operating System - Windows(R) 7, OEM_SLP channel
Family: Ultimate
Apparently, something happens at midnight, and I am sure it has to do with won7, not Office. The readme says KMSnano (and toolkit???) will not work with Win 7 Ultimate, it this true?
Toolkit (and KMSnano) only seem to work with VL editions like Win 7 pro or enterprise. Problem is, there is no good copy of Win 7 Pro on Piratebay...

win7 banned the kms key almost instantly. It's likely that you installed kb971033. I think that is the one that sends info back and forth to microsoft. *I could be wrong.
You can try figuring out a way to uninstall kb971033. I'm not entirely sure how to do it, but I know of at least two ways. One would be to boot into dart8 and remove offline kb files. Another would be to re-install windows.
I'm sure there are much better solutions out there. I'm just offering advice.

@murphy78: tnx for you advice! So basically I am screwed and need to reinstall win7? But how do I control that my new installation of win7 ultimate doesn't automatically install the kb971033?
Then again, I read this:
http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/19404-Not-genuine-after-KB971033-update-Read-this!
And when I checked, I DON'T have the partial product Key' as "PMJBM". So maybe I don't have that installed. The problem started allready with Office2010 that suddenly didn't want to start, so I am sure some win7 update screwed it up for me. Now Office 2013 doesn't work either. I guess a fresh win7 install and never download any updates is the only solution??
